Terms of payment
Stefano Design does not store any data relating to payment or the credit or debit card used for payment. The entire card payment transaction is carried out via a bank’s secure payment gateway, with data encrypted using SSL protocol to prevent third parties from intercepting the information.
At Stefano Design, we offer you a range of secure payment methods, so that you can use the one that best suits your needs:
Credit or debit card
All credit card payments on the web are processed by Stripe, the fastest, safest and most advanced platform in the industry. Stefano Design accepts payments with VISA, Verified by VISA, MasterCard and MasterCard SecureCode. All you need is your credit card to make the payment.
PayPal
Customers can pay for their orders via the Paypal payment system.
Bank transfer
A bank transfer of the total amount of the order to the bank account held by VB MOBILIER SAS (Stefano Design); with mention of the order number linked to the payment. (Orders placed by bank transfer are valid for 3 working days. After 3 calendar days, the order will be cancelled and no right to reserve the price will be granted as it is understood that the customer does not wish to confirm the purchase).
Check
A cheque for the total amount of the order made out to VB MOBILIER SAS (Stefano Design); with the order number linked to the payment. (Orders placed by cheque will be valid for 3 working days. After 3 calendar days, the order will be canceled and without right to reserve the price as it is understood that the customer does not wish to confirm the purchase).
The cheque must comply with the following formal requirements:
- There must be no blanks before or after the sum.
- The amount must be entered in figures and letters.
- The name of the beneficiary “VB MOBILIER” must be legible.
- The signature must conform to the model known to the bank.
Secure 4-installment payment
We offer you the possibility of paying in several instalments with our partner Paypal: in 4 instalments with your credit card, visa or mastercard. This 4-installment payment option is available for all orders over €30 inc. VAT, up to a maximum of €2,000 inc. To date, this solution is only available to customers with a Paypal account that has been active for more than 3 months.
