Product availability

If you order several items with different lead times :
– This is the longest lead time that will be taken into account so that we can send you your entire order at the same time.
– If you wish to receive your items according to their availability, please order them separately.
Available modes of transport
Withdrawal point delivery: economical delivery in a Pick-up – Chronopost – La Poste relay point within 24 to 48 hours. Not available for Nordic, Stefano chairs and Gio coffee tables.
Classic delivery: standard, economical delivery by appointment to the doorstep or foot of the building within 24 to 48 hours.
For Nordic and Stefano chairs and Gio coffee tablesdelivery within 7 to 10 days by specialized carrier.
Comfort delivery: top-of-the-range delivery by appointment upstairs.

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday from 6am to 8pm by appointment.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated according to the total weight of the order, the size of the packages and the country of destination.

Make an appointment
On receipt of your parcel at one of our carriers’ regional hubs, we’ll send you an email or SMS with the date and time of your delivery appointment.
The day before delivery: depending on the delivery method, you will receive an SMS and an e-mail indicating a 2-hour delivery slot.
We kindly ask you to check the general condition of your parcel, especially if there is any external damage. If in doubt, call our customer service department immediately.

– a new shipment of the article (if available)
– a full refund of your order
Delay your delivery
After shipment: the appointment can be changed up to 48 hours before delivery.
Before shipment: if you wish to postpone the delivery of your items because you are going on vacation or will be away for a long time, please contact customer service by telephone before placing your order.
