Terms of payment
Stefano Design does not store any data relating to payment or the credit or debit card used for payment. The entire card payment transaction is carried out via a bank’s secure payment gateway, with data encrypted using SSL protocol to prevent third parties from intercepting the information.
At Stefano Design, we offer you a range of secure payment methods, so that you can use the one that best suits your needs:
Credit or debit card
All credit card payments on the web are processed by Stripe, the fastest, safest and most advanced platform in the industry. Stefano Design accepts payments with VISA, Verified by VISA, MasterCard and MasterCard SecureCode. All you need is your credit card to make the payment.
PayPal
Customers can pay for their orders via the Paypal payment system.
Bank transfer
A bank transfer of the total amount of the order to the bank account held by VB MOBILIER SAS (Stefano Design); with mention of the order number linked to the payment. (Orders placed by bank transfer are valid for 3 working days. After 3 calendar days, the order will be cancelled and no right to reserve the price will be granted as it is understood that the customer does not wish to confirm the purchase).
Check
A cheque for the total amount of the order made out to VB MOBILIER SAS (Stefano Design); with the order number linked to the payment. (Orders placed by cheque will be valid for 3 working days. After 3 calendar days, the order will be canceled and without right to reserve the price as it is understood that the customer does not wish to confirm the purchase).
The cheque must comply with the following formal requirements:
- There must be no blanks before or after the sum.
- The amount must be entered in figures and letters.
- The name of the beneficiary “VB MOBILIER” must be legible.
- The signature must conform to the model known to the bank.
Secure payment in 3X
We offer you the possibility of paying in several instalments with our partner Scalapay: in 3 instalments with your credit card, visa or mastercard. Payment in 3 instalments is available for all orders over 100 incl. VAT, up to a maximum of €1,500 incl. VAT. To date, the Scalapay solution is only available to customers with a bank card issued in France. France, Italy, Belgium, Spain and Germany – both “classic” consumer bank cards and business cards.
Payment in 2 instalments
With your credit card, visa or mastercard, pay in 2 instalments.
Please note that this method of payment is only available to those over 18. The validity date of the card must be 2 months greater than the date of your order. The cardholder must match the personal information entered.
The minimum purchase is €200 including VAT.
The authorized purchase limit is €1,000 incl. VAT.
Cards not accepted: prepaid, virtual and systematic authorization cards.
Use your credit card, Visa or Mastercard to pay in 3 instalments.
Please note that this method of payment is reserved for those over 18. The validity date of the card must be 2 months greater than the date of your order. The cardholder must match the personal information entered.
The minimum purchase is €100 including VAT.
The authorized purchase limit is €1,500 incl. VAT.
Cards not accepted: Prepaid, virtual and systematic authorization cards.
In the event that you request the return of one or more products.
Once the return has been accepted by us, we will request a refund from our financial partner for the amount of the returned item.
If your order contains only one item, you will be reimbursed for the first monthly payment and all subsequent payments will be cancelled.
If your order contains more than one item, your monthly payments will be recalculated on the basis of the outstanding balance.
Payment in 4 instalments
With your credit card, visa or mastercard, pay in 4 instalments.
Please note that this method of payment is only available to those over 18. The card must be valid for at least 3 months beyond the date of your order.
The cardholder must match the personal information entered.
The minimum purchase is €300 incl. VAT.
The authorized purchase limit is €2,000 incl. VAT.
Cards not accepted: Prepaid, virtual and systematic authorization cards.
IMPORTANT
Credit is a commitment and must be repaid. Check your repayment capacity before committing yourself.
Our banking partner, SCALAPAY, handles all transactions, deadlines, etc. Scalapay is a French company working with over 3,000 merchants.
