Return Policy and Terms & Conditions
Stefano’s At Design, respect for our planet and our employees is at the heart of our values. We are committed to providing a responsible purchasing environment, encouraging environmentally-friendly practices.
We understand that it can happen that you make a choice that does not fully meet your expectations. For this reason, we offer you the possibility of exchanging your product or obtaining a refund under certain conditions.
Return conditions
We accept all returns that comply with the following conditions:
- You can request a refund within 30 days of delivery of your purchase.
- The item must be unused, in perfect condition, clean and in its original packaging. You will be held responsible for any loss of value of the goods resulting from handling beyond the scope necessary to understand the nature, characteristics and operation of the products.
- Items must be properly packaged and protected to prevent damage during return transport. If this condition is not met, damage to the item may be invoiced, and the remaining difference will be deducted from the refund.
- In the event of non-compliance with the requirements or in the event of damage/dysfunction/use of the product, STEFANO DESIGN retains the right not to accept the refund or to deduct the amount of the estimated damage, as well as the shipping costs.
Info Special or personalized orders cannot be returned or retracted, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Return or exchange costs
In order to guarantee responsible and ecological processing, a return fee applies. These charges cover collection from your home or shipment via a post office, depending on the type of product:

Special conditions:
- If you order more than two products of different colors or models in order to choose the ideal shade and then return the others, a surcharge of 30% per product will be applied to the return costs. This measure is designed to offset the ecological impact of this practice, which runs counter to our values.
- We remind you that we offer the possibility of receiving free material samples before your purchase.
Return procedure
- Contact us before returning: It is imperative to notify STEFANO DESIGN before returning a product to avoid any problems during processing. This also enables our team to check receipt of the material.
- Send an email to contact@stefanodesign.com indicating :
- Your order number.
- The products you wish to return.
- A description of your request.
- Our team will get back to you as soon as possible to arrange the return and refund.

Refunds
- Refunds are made after receipt and inspection of the products at our facilities. If the conditions are not met, partial or total refunds may be refused.
- Refunds are made to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase, within a maximum of 30 days of the request. However, this period may be extended until receipt or proof of shipment of the returned product.
- If you return only part of your order, only the amount corresponding to the returned items will be refunded. You are responsible for any associated shipping or return costs.
Broken or defective items
- If you receive a broken or defective item, STEFANO DESIGN reserves the right to decide whether to refund the amount paid or to replace the product with a new item in perfect condition.
- If the defect appears at a later date, the product will be examined in accordance with the warranty conditions.
