Shipping - Delivery
Do you ship worldwide?
Stefano Design ships in Europe and worldwide. As long as you provide us with a valid delivery address, we can deliver to you.
How much does shipping to my country cost?
Delivery costs are calculated according to the total weight of the order and the destination country.
To find out the delivery costs, simply add the items to your basket to obtain an estimate.
Charges will be calculated automatically based on your basket just before payment.

What types of payment do you accept?
We offer several secure payment methods so that you can choose the one that suits you best:

How do I pay in cash?
You can pay in cash if you go directly to our warehouse.
We accept cash on the spot for your purchases.
Be sure to check our opening hours and bring the exact amount, as we cannot guarantee the availability of change to make change.
High-quality manufacturing
What type of leather do you use?
We offer two types of leather:
- Full-grain leather: lightly grained and soft to the touch
- Aniline leather: smooth and even softer to the touch
Where does your leather come from?
We use Italian leather.
Returns and Refunds
What is your returns policy?
You will be held responsible for any loss of value of the goods resulting from any handling beyond that necessary to understand the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
If, on receipt of the package, these conditions are not met, the total or partial refund will not be accepted.
Special or customized orders have no right of return or withdrawal except for reasons of factory defect.
Free exchange within 30 days is not applicable in Switzerland.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel the order before shipment for a full refund. If you decide to cancel after the order has been shipped, you will be refunded, less the cost of shipping the order back to our factory. Special or custom orders can be cancelled and refunded in full until production starts. As these items are custom-made for you, you can only cancel and receive a 50% refund after production has begun.
What happens if I no longer have the original packaging?
At present, we do not accept returns without the original packaging. The cartons we use are specially designed for our products, so that they can be transported in complete safety.
What should I do if my item is faulty?
If you find a defect or if you feel that the part is not working properly, please contact us as soon as possible and provide us with a photo and/or a demonstration video as well as a detailed description of the problem. We provide free repairs or complete replacements. If you are not satisfied with the defective item you have received, you may return it in accordance with our standard returns policy.
