Thanks to our partnerships with trusted carriers, we can offer delivery options to suit every destination.

Delivery times
Product in stock:
Within 24h/48h or 5 to 7 days for non-standard products*.
Product in restocking:
Within 5 to 16 weeks. Please contact us for further details.
Delivery outside mainland France:
For deliveries outside mainland France, the delivery time generally varies between 3 and 8 days. This time may vary slightly depending on the destination and any customs formalities.
Please note:
If you order several items with different delivery times, we will group your entire order together and ship it to you at once. In this case, the longest delivery time will be taken into account. If you wish to receive your items as soon as they are available, it is preferable to place separate orders.
*List of non-standard products: Giovanni, Corona, Gio, Barcelona (daybed), Oeuf, Chesterfield, Lousia, Chandigarh, Marbellia, Lorenzo.
Mode of transport
Standard delivery
Standard, cost-effective delivery by appointment to your doorstep via Chronopost or Colissimo.
For oversized items*, we entrust delivery to specialized carriers, experts in the handling and routing of bulky parcels. These carriers, such as Goëvia, Messagerie du Bazadais, or Kuehne+Nagel, have the right equipment and processes in place to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, whatever its size. Thanks to their know-how, we can guarantee secure transport and meticulous handling at every stage, from collection to delivery to your address.
Please note:
Our doorstep deliveries mean that we deliver to the nearest point to your home that our truck can access. If your home is at the end of a dirt track or road that is not accessible to a truck, the delivery driver will stop at the entrance to this track or at the nearest accessible point.
Delivery times:
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm, depending on the carrier, by appointment.
Saturday delivery is possible for orders weighing less than 30kg.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated according to the total weight of your order, the size of the packages and the destination country. You can check the exact cost by adding your products to the shopping cart and entering your delivery address.
Deliveries to Metropolitan France and European Union countries:
- Classic delivery: from €0 incl. VAT.
Deliveries outside the European Union:
- Express delivery: from €160 incl. VAT

To meet the expectations of our Swiss customers, we work in partnership with specialized carriers.
There are no surprises when it comes to delivery costs. All you have to do is add your items to your basket to get a precise cost estimate. We guarantee total transparency at every stage of your order.
We also take care of customs clearance for all your orders, allowing you to receive your products with complete peace of mind, with no additional formalities on your part. All you have to do is concentrate on choosing your products!

Make an appointment
As soon as your parcels arrive at our carriers’ regional platforms, you’ll receive an e-mail and/or SMS specifying the date and time of your delivery. If necessary, you can change this appointment by contacting the carrier directly.
Upon receipt, we invite you to carefully inspect the general condition of your package, particularly in the event of apparent damage. You have the right to refuse a parcel if you notice a problem, provided you inform our customer service department immediately so that we can initiate the return process as soon as possible.
Delay your delivery
If you wish to postpone the delivery of your items because you are going on vacation or plan to be away for a long period, please contact customer service by telephone before placing your order.
